Eric adamson was above exceptional with his service. He was helpful. Always was there to explaine what was going on with my pathfinder. Answered all my questions and concerns. Followed up all the say with shat eas going on. Very friendly and respectful. When I was having problems and driving with my grandson. It was getting dark. I called Nissan. Everyone said they were closing soon. Itold them I was just about 5 blocks away. They said we dont have any rentals. Come back tomorrow. I was almost to nissan. Bad problem it felt like transmission. I was terrified. Then I asked if Eric was there. Explained I wouldnt make it back home. I was close to nisan. Eric said I will help you. Dont worry. I will have a loaner car for you. Eric test drove my truck. It was a big problem. Later They found out my transmission band broke. alot of damage inside. I would have been stranded in the dark with my grandson that nght. Erics customer service went beyond. I am so greatful to nissan forsuch a good employee.He didnt say were closing, come back tommorow like the other two enplyees did. Eric represents what Nissans excellent customer servuce is all about. Thank you Nissan.

Luis was great. Service department has always been awesome...I’ve just had horrible experiences with the sales department, I’ve been waiting for a call back for over 2 months. I bought my 2017 Nissan Pathfinders in May. After talking to sales reps and sale managers Selma telling me she will call be back and till this day have not heard from her. Taking my car back and forth several times wasting my time. Telling me my car was detailed, but was filthy dirty. I couldn’t believe they would lie and said it was done!!! I would never recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family.

When I dropped off the car I indicated to Jonathan that there are small scratches that I noticed the day after purchasing the vehicle. He stated he works see if the tech could fix it for me since they were doing the Zactek paint protection service. I had to text the service team 5 hours later to get a status update. They responded everything was good and then minutes later Jonathan replied saying that it was finished and he was getting my paperwork together. I arrived... 35 minutes later and he still had to get my paperwork together. I went to the restroom... Came back out and the car was in the drive and he still did not have my paperwork and proceeded to have me wait longer so he could help another customer.... To the point that Tony spoke up and commented about how he was making me wait. I signed the paperwork... Went to my car reviewing the statement. I realized that the scratches were not on the document as I mentioned earlier in my drop-off with Jonathan... So I looked and noticed nothing had been done so I had to go back in and ask about it.... His comment was "they don't have the gunmetal paint in stock... Try Wednesday 10/17. I'm not happy that I had to reach out to check status.... That I had to wait for so long to get my paperwork after he said he would have it ready... Or that there was nothing on the paperwork about the scratches that I pointed out in drop-off and then I had to ask him about it after the fact and he didn't offer the info on the status update request or at the close of my service.
