I appreciate your commitment to exceptional customer service! The Service provided by Brian was excellent. However, I did mention to him that your website App to generate appointments is very poor. While I promoted me the acknowledgment of the appt, it didn’t save it and it also didn’t notify me via email. I went to the dealership not knowing if I had an appointment or not. That portion definitely needs improvement.

Service was ok, mike **** is very dry. He change the price of the tire rotation when I presented a coupon I have received for the oil change which I tought was very unprofessional, but I understand because they work by commission maybe idk. He also charge me to change the battery for my keys which they have never charge me for .. Iwhen i ask him he said we always charge so it’s 12 dollars.. and then to top it off he never called me to give me an update on my car. He said he did .. but why would I lie . I need it to change my air filter which I could have done but he never called.
