Ms. Young tried to sell me a service package that included work I recently had completed by a Nissan dealership, even after checking the service records in her database, this impacted my trust in her and Cerritos Nissan negatively as this was my first visit. She also did not offer to shake my hand at first meeting. I don’t know if that is policy or not, but I feel it helps build the relationship between customer and dealership. Also, the paper used by the tech to place over the floor mat was left in my car post service. I got grease or oil on my hand removing it. This definitely wasn’t an ideal beginning to my relationship with Cerritos Nissan, and it gives me pause as to whether I might return for a second visit.

Came in at past 8am, on paper timed in at 8:28am. This is only a roof rail moulding replacement. Service advisor said would only need a few hours. Around 11:15pm I approach him after seeing other customers that came after me getting their cars back after servicing it. I ask how long would it still take for my car to be done. Advisor said its already done and mentioned He text me 17mins ago. Told him I didnt receive any text. But when he look at the papers, he said mistook it for another vehicle same as mine. He then said will check up on the car. But I saw him attend first to another customer he knew. I went back to the table I was sitting previously and saw my car now being pulled up in the garage. Saw the technician doing the replacement and timed it and he finished the job in 30+ mins. At 4hours after checking in the vehicle, thats when I got the vehicle back.
I understand if its only 2-3 hours but wouldnt be service be FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Other customers that came/arrive after me, got their car back earlier than mine. Even the lady sitting close to me arrive around 10am, then her advisor said we checked all your brakes and she will have her car in a few mins.
The thing that disappoint me a lot is that FIRST the replacement part is paid/ordered a week ago in advance SECOND Got the schedule at 8am locked down last week as well THIRD the car was only brought in if you ask about it after 3 hours of waiting. Its a real BIG disappointment after waiting for 4 hours and seeing the work only done for 30+ mins
