Very poor service. Every car that arrived after me went back for service before I saw Mia. Even then it was not taken back. I finished a cup of coffee before it was moved. Same thing when it returned. It sat there for a while before she showed up. Hopefully Long Beach Nissan will open soon.

My service was okay. I would have liked to get further information on what I actually went in there for. Me breaks make a clicking noise most of the time I break. I didn’t think the service was exceptional. I would have felt better if one of the service guys took a drive with me to hear the noise with me and further reassured me of the noise .
