My daughter being young and inexperienced. Made the appointment for first thing in the morning. She thought she was going to be in and out. So when they told her she wouldn’t have the car back Untill the afternoon. She called me to let you know she thought maybe she would get a rental or loaner to get to work and back. She was panicked. So I think maybe in the future it should be explained better to your customer that they may have to wait. I will ask her more questions about her experience. I’m not sure what was promised to her. Maybe she just assumed it would've gone faster.
