It took over two hours for my first service when I was told that my car would be ready in about hour and a half. After I got home I noticed that there were several yellow stains left on the front hood which means it was not thoroughly washed. Windows were also left with several smudges on the glass.

After my suv works they wash my rogue
They broke my back wiper I have photos
It’s not right, Haime is my Service Advisor his good talking did good work
But ho is washing my rogue they broke wiper
I don’t know why your workers doing like this
So you must replace my back wipers for free ,,
I spent Almost $ 1500 Nissan Don’t know what is the timings

Victor Silva Diaz was a very pleasant individual that greeted me. Enjoy the ambience of the dealership. Refreshment and wonderful people to socialize with. The maintenance was complete as plan... ONLY negative point was that the Car Wash was down....Free car wash was part of the maintenance package I had chosen...maybe next time
