I had been going to the Nissan of Signal Hill for 3 years and had never had such an amazing experience as I did, here at a Cerritos. It is hard to say it was exceptional when it took 2 hours for a simple oil change. I know they rotated my tires and washed the vehicle. I was pleased with that but i would have been more pleased if they asked me if i wanted my car back in a normal time frame without it. The staff i delt with was very curtious it is just a time factor
