Jaime was very friendly and accommodating. He answered my texts and called me numerous times to give me information. He was training someone so even more impressive! When I came to pick up my car someone approached me immediately, took payment and my car was waiting outside. In past experiences at other service centers, I’ve had to wait a long time for someone to help me when picking up my car and literally took 45 minutes for them to bring it up. Thank you for the great service today. I will never dread bringing my car to the mechanic again!

Yes he made it very easy process for me and got my car taken care of and kept in contact and have me updates as requested. Now I understand why my husband only wants and will only work with him at the service center. He’s very friendly and professional and doesn’t make wired jokes or comments like our last service rep that helped when I brought the car in. We had a much better experience this time.
