Manny took my call and the request for a new fob. Brian called me to confirm and set a time to come in. When we arrived Brian met us and told me how long it would take before the car was done. I was told 1.5 hours. Almost on the second I received a call at home. Brian called to tell me the car was done. We drove to the dealership and Brian met us. He was very professional and courteous throughout the transaction. We now have a second go for the car. Cerritos Nissan staff are the best people to work with. No matter what your there for, you are treated great. I feel like Cerritos Nissan staff care about me. No where else have I experienced this. I will always recommend anyone to Cerritos Nissan.

The sealer was not applied to my vehicle properly. Manager addressed the issue, but instead of handling it, he had an employee wipe off the car to make it appear clean and like if the job was done correctly and that it would be ready in 45 minutes.
To begin with to properly install the sealer, the car must be washed, them applied and then let it dry.
We will never purchase another Nissan again. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years.

Mr. fears provided great customer service. I am not happy with Cerritos Nissan, every time I come in for service my radio station has been changed. There is no need for the mechanic or whomever is playing with my radio. Makes me think that they are also going other areas of the vehicle, they should not.
