I made an appointment to have a campaign done or a recall Done. I wasted half my day to drop my car off at the dealer to have the service advisor tell me nothing could be done because the part was not in stock. On top of that I didn't even get a courtesy wash Or any type of disinfectant notification in my car. I work for a rental company and it is our company policy to notify people that the units we rent Are disinfected. My father works at a dealership, Fletcher Jones and the same policy applies for them not sure why I didn't get that. I feel like if you know you wasting my time the least you could do is wash my car in thoroughly upset. And I will leave a bag with you on Yelp. I'm thoroughly disappointed and I can't wait to get rid of my Nissan so I never have To deal with this type of customer service ever again!
