From the moment he pulled into Nissan the customer service was great. Jacob was amazing. Throughout this whole experience which has been frustrating due to my car being purchased two days prior to my Nissan visit, Jacob has been professional, gracious and he communicated with me perfectly about my vehicle. He was on point with his contact with the warranty company and keeping me updated on all of the exchanges with regards to my vehicle. My vehicle is finished and I’ll be picking it up in two days and I am so excited and happy that Nissan Cerritos took care of my car.
