Service is always great from Tony Fears. I was able to work on the show room floor on my lap top while waiting. One of your salespersons we’re eating their breakfast at their desk and the entire showroom floor smelled. Eating at your desk seems ok, but if your eating something that has a distinct strong smell, doesn’t seem fair to others around. It took awhile for the smell to go. Thanks for asking

Carlos Fuentes wasn’t very pleasant to deal with. He definitely discriminated against me. I tried to work with him again today but he was rude again on the phone. The way he talked to me was like I was stupid and didn’t know anything.

This was my second time coming to this location for service, and it was a bit different from my first experience. After signing the service paperwork and indicating to our advisor that we’d be waiting for our service to be completed, we were led into the waiting room. What I didn’t expect was sitting for almost 4 hours with no update on how long my service was going to take or simple status updates via text during our extended wait. When he finally called to let me know that my service was completed, he told me that we could return to the dealership within the next 15 minutes to pick up our vehicle, at which time I reminded him that we were still in the waiting room and never left the dealership. He then told me that it would be another 15 minutes before we could come up to complete the paperwork and review the services that were completed, which after having already waited for more than 3 1/2 hours felt like a lot. The dealership was very busy in the service department that day, so it would’ve been nice to know what to expect beforehand, as I scheduled my appointment online and there were plenty of appointments available, so I was surprised by the extended wait. In the future, even in the midst of a busy day, it would be nice to receive updates via text about the status of my vehicle, as my texts that were sent to the number that texted me to inform me that my vehicle was being serviced and I didn’t receive a response back.
