The car is fine. I would suggest that the next time your employees are having a loud and heated disagreement they find some place else to yell at each other where customers won’t be forced to listen to it.

I had an appointment for a recall..if you make am appointment with me why would I have to wait for a part. I was getting pressed for bringing the rental back but its your guys fault as to why I needed a rental in the first place...this isn't a complaint on David this is a complaint against your guys process...maybe next time for a recall have the part available
