The reservation people had told me it would be a three hour job. Took an hour. Totally messed up my time. Not happy. I also don't like the way you try to sell other services. Makes me question why I bought the added warranty when it appears to be totally useless

I took my vehicle in for an alignment, but I also requested a complete vehicle inspection with specific information on my steering and suspension and information on warranty coverage on a broken body panel, but received no information on either of these inquiries when I picked up my car.
