I asked how long the service would take and was told 30-45 minutes. From the time I arrived and the time I left, it was about 1 hour and 20 minutes. From the time we finished the paper work to have the car serviced to the time the paperwork was started after the repair was finished was slightly over an hour. The exlmpectoon for how long I would be at the dealership was not met.
