I took a significant amount of time to get to talk to someone to schedule a paint repair on a wheel. Well the "repair" is far from acceptable. The paint color and finish does not match. Now I have an additional 2 messages left over a 6 day period without a return phone call. Seems as though I am aggravated every time I have service done at auffenburg Belleville. I should disregard the convenience of staying in town, because mertz in milstadt is not that far away.

Keep getting text about my vehicle but it’s not in for service. I do have some complaints though. Twice I have made an appoint with Auffenberg in O’Fallon and both times when I arrived I was told they wouldn’t be able to get to my vehicle in for 3-4 days. Why let me make an appointment it your folks are behind? Went to Auffenberg Belleville late Aug early Sep for the check engine light, great service; however, Emanuel was going to make contact with the Ford engineers and get back to me. Still haven’t heard from him. I even called and no return call yet. Probably the worst service I have received since I started coming to Auffenberg 6 years ago.
