Mr. Brown was great and there is no need for improvement on his end. He was very friendly and provided great customer service. Areas that I think require improvement is the over all price for service and the loaner car was subpar at best. The windshield was dirty with no washer fluid to clean it and the car had an off odor. I’m sure there is nothing that can be done with the price of service but very disappointed in the costs to maintain my vehicle and would have expected a better loaner. Thanks.

The large plastic piece between my two front tires (that I am told is removed when the oil is changed) started dragging on the ground 8 days after my volvo was serviced. I hadn't driven it all of the days in between. I had to stop by the side of the road and have someone help me remove the one bolt that was holding the piece on. The person who replaced it for me said there were only three of six bolts there. Its hard to believe it/all the bolts were replaced properly after the oil was changed to have it dragging on the ground 8 days later.

If everything could have been completed in one day I would feel differently. However, since I had to come back to the service center the next day and then have work done again on the third day it was quite inconvenient. Although, the customer service made up for most of it.
Also, the cost was quite a bit considering they only had to replace a tire pressure sensor.
