Thanks but the rental car was the pits. It was small, didn’t feel safe, definitely not a smooth ride, and had latent odor of cigarette smoke.

Tim did a fine job but I am dissatisfied concerning the outcome of my experience at Lindsay this week and Lindsay’s failure to honor warranty obligations and generally do the right thing for its customers. The auto stop no longer works on my 2015 Volvo XC60 so I made an appointment with Lindsay service to address the problem in April of this year. I inquired whether my vehicle was still under warranty and was told yes. I proceeded to schedule the appointment relying on that representation. After Lindsay inspected the vehicle at my appointment on May 21, I was informed that the repair would cost approximately $400 because the vehicle is no longer under warranty. I declined service at that time and returned to the dealership. When I requested that the work be performed pursuant to the warranty in existence when Volvo received actual notice of the failure, your manager, Paul’s rationale was that he “would not get reimbursed by Volvo” if he performed the repair. If I had provided Lindsay with notice and made the appointment outside of the warranty period, I would understand and I would not ask for this repair to be made. However, the circumstances in this case are different and I scheduled my appointment based on what your agent represented. I hope that you will make this right and assist me with repairing the auto stop that broke during the warranty period. Thanks.

Tim is a very engaging and friendly person. When it comes time to collect the car, Tim is informative as to what was wrong with the car and is always willing to answer any inquiries He truly seems to enjoy his job and people.

It has been a pleasure working with Mr. Brown. He listened and was motivated to finding out what was wrong with my Volvo V60. He also found it peculiar that there is substantial loss/usage of engine oil in a very short span of time. I bought the used Volvo because It had a reputation for being incredibly reliable and with many still operating on the road with hundreds thousands of miles and among the safest car manufactures often pioneering technology for mass production. I’m really hoping that Volvo would investigate further and find a permanent solution. I have fallen in love with the brand and the cars in the line up. My hope is that after finishing grad school I can purchase a brand new xc90 or v90. I had just gotten that v60 with a chunk of money I have been saving up. I thought it was important to invest on a safe and reliable vehicle that would suite my needs for now. I hope that Volvo can help me with my predicament, I did not anticipate I might be spending what may be an expensive repair due to the issue being engine related. Please investigate further, Mr. Brown had only refilled the excessive oil consumed and told me it would be safe to drive but just for the time being. From what I understand, Issues like the one I am having with the Engine tend to deteriorate drastically and unpredictably shortly after discovering the issue.

Timothy brown was very atatentice and provided excellent service to me on my firat day bringing my car to Volvo as new customer. I really appreciate how thorough he was in finding all the information about my car and informed me of all the services Inwas entitled to based on what the previous owner had purchased. I really appreciated that level of honesty.

My car was recently brought in due to a leak in the roof and passenger side door. Tim did a great job taking care of my vehicle and service was quick and seamless. He was sure to check in and update me throughout the day of my cars progress. He even went above and beyond to have the team vacuum and clean my car to avoid additional issues with a smell from the leak. Thanks to all who worked on my car today!

No need to contact me. It Jay would have been nice if someone had mentioned that it would take over 3 hrs. If I'd known that I wouldn't have stayed. They did ok but it just took too long. And it was really expensive.

Came in with one headlight not working. Left the dealership and the headlight is still not working!
