I had another wonderful experience! Eric’s team was expecting me. All the paperwork was filled out, and a loaner car was parked in the garage, ready for me to jump in and go. A day later, repairs were completed. Returning the loaner was just as easy.

Apparently the oil filter wasn't tightened completely. Everything was fine when I came home but when I went .8 miles to church the oil light came on and when I shut the car off smoke came out from under the hood. There is oil all over the engine.
