Thanks guys. Would you please look into a key drop solution that is easier on our key fobs. I cringe every time I have to drop my key to the concrete.
I would encourage someone from your staff to walk though the same drop off process a customer goes though. Signing in the dark , rain or snow and the key fob hits the floor. I can overlook the elements. The key hitting the floor is bothersome. Thanks again , Charly.

Even though i was not completely satisfied, that is not a reflection on customer service. I had to bring my vehicle in multiple times for a problem that a testing machine could not find because the machine was broken. No fault to the service department. I did get my vehicle back and found it to have sunflower seeds and trash all on the drivers floor and in the door. I pointed it out to JD, and the next time i got my vehicle back, they had it vacuumed and cleaned the outside..
