Jerry and Mark embraced us with superior service you'd expect for long-time customers. We were brand new to Lindsay VW after we broke down near Dulles airport. I had just landed from an international flight and 15 minutes after getting picked up had to worry why my car was overheating.
Jerry set us up with a loaner and we subsequently received a level of service from Mark that was unprecedented in 5 years of owning this car and maintenance from not less than 8 VW dealerships.
although Lindsay VW is not the closest dealer to us, I expect this will be our go-to location for maintenance and future purchases.
if Jerry and Mark don't already train VW staff, they should. they are so customer focused and represent the VW brand so well.
Also, this was the third time after regular dealer maintenance that we had a breakdown, so it would be reasonable to be tired of VW - maybe even fed up. but we love the car and the brand and this experience restored that faith.
