My existed routine visit to get a bulb changed turned into s nightmare. My service time and treatment was especially poor.... in fact grossly unacceptable. I spent am entire day 11:45 till 5PM slung to be treated with dignity. I still had to agree to a 197.00 labor charge that took the mechanic 15 minutes to do after I fit discovered that my car hadn't been serviced! This experience was one that no one should have to endure. I lost money, time, service to others and meals fooling with the frontline staff there.
