At 4:30pm I was told via text my vehicle should be done before closing at 6pm. 20 min later I got a text saying the part was damaged and my vehicle would need to stay another night for a new part. I don't understand why the 1st part wasn't taken out of the box and inspected right away so I wasn't left feeling strung along.
