Even though I specifically asked to have my car washed after the oil change, when I picked up the car it had not been washed. I was the only customer in the service area at the time that I checked my car in, so the staff certainly was not busy. I even commented that I have really missed getting my car washed for the past five weeks because of Colvin 19. But it seems like that simply did not register with the service manager.
