I was very upset with the service I was provided. I understand that equipment breaks, but they left with me nothing. It’s not the customers fault that things break and good customer service would be very accommodating. They had my car for a week and it never got fixed. They then wouldn’t even re-charge my air conditioning as a courtesy. They wanted me to pay $295 to charge and then bring it back next week to completely fix it. They wouldn’t just cover the cost at their expense to help out a customer all because they wouldn’t get reimbursed by Honda. I think they can afford to lose $295. To me that is awful customer service. I will never buy a car from there again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know the same thing.
