Noah Taylor was great! This was the second time Noah was my service advisor; he was personable and professional both times. He ensured he knew exactly what my vehicle needed based on my concerns and addressed them all, including providing options when available. I will definitely be requesting Noah as my service advisor whenever my vehicle needs to be serviced.
In addition, I cannot say enough on the quality of service TJ Taylor provides to customers and to supporting the McGrath service staff. It’s refreshing to know when I bring my vehicle in, I will always receive excellent service. He is a true asset to the McGrath family.

You boast about having free car wash. When I was there I asked if they did interior but was told exterior only. It looked like all they did was spray the CR-V with water. All the windows still and mirrors were dirty. I went to place a megnetic placard by the license plate I wiped the wet area and the rag was full of dirt. To say the least I was very disappointed.
