Service department did not accurately diagnose problem with push start. Each time a brought my CRV in to repair the same problem with the push start, a different expensive part needed replacement. Service department approach to keep replacing expensive parts with the hope that eventually the problem will be fixed. This is not kind of service I expected from a Honda Dealer.

Carlton Was a good advisor. It's Honda coordinate didn't stand behind there product.The extended warranty I purchased from Schaumburg Hond didt cover the issue of a failed piston unless it was a broken part. I really appreciated having the help of Joseph today, he was very sweet, and super helpful with any questions that I had. He was very easy to talk to, and although it was a busy day, he still made the effort to have a genuine conversation with me. He went out of his way to ask his manager about a question which he couldn’t answer for me, and helped me out a lot.
