Alex Anara was so pleasant to work with! He went out of his way to even help me get reasonably priced car insurance and was super attentive to all of my questions. We did not love how we had to fight for a second key for our vehicle. Regardless of if it’s pre owned or not, it’s a common assumption you’ll get 2 keys. I had to give Daniel an ultimatum just to get the second key. Frankly it should have been an easy one for you guys. But I had to really fight for it. You guys lose a few points there. Additionally, I had to ask for the car to be cleaned a second time. Kudos to the management team for making it an easy request but we found wrappers, dirt, and white reside over the plastic in the second row. It was just clear that attention was not given to the vehicle despite us mentioning it specifically multiple times prior to the service. We still have to come in for the key and for the cleaning so we will see if your team makes good on your promise. All in, we were there for over 5 hours. I made an appointment, said the exact car I wanted and it still took all day so I can’t tell you it was a fun experience for my family with a baby there til 830PM. I figured it would be a little quicker given I told you exactly what I wanted. But maybe that’s just how Long it takes?
