Paul does a great job keeping my car like new. Makes sure I have a loaner car if more major work is being done. Keeps me coming back for service there.

I went in because my car had a transmission system issue. I was told they were going to run some diagnostics. When speaking to the service department he told me he was going to have them check one more thing with the sensors. I said please call me and don’t do anything that will cost without letting me know. He then came back to tell me that it would cost me over $800 for the blind spot. I told Ano that I didn’t want to have that fixed since I wasn’t having issues with it for now. I said I would go to get the car. He calls me right back and tells me I have to pay 159 since they found the problem with the blind spot. I felt I shouldn’t have to pay for it, but he told me that he already gave me a loyal customer discount. I was running late so I figured I would contact you later. I have been a loyal customer and Ano didn’t tell me I would have to pay anything since you didn’t find the transmission problem. Next time I come in I would like a different service rep. Thanks
