Paul is always great and has helped me tremendously with my service needs, but I feel it is petty that when I’m told no charge when I turn in my rental, and I end up being charged $17.97 for gas when the gauge showed full. Just think that I’ve spent thousands and to loose a customer over a petty fee is not good business
