Paul was efficient and kind. I like how y’all have information on the benefits of recommended services there to reference in the packet. I also appreciated Paul’s respect for my time and how he made sure I had a loaner so I wasn’t worried about the length of the service needed. Plus it was a fun loaner :)

This particular service attendant is probably a very nice person but his customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. He would rather be viewd as right about a situation even if it means unnecessarily arguing with a customer, than try to resolve the issue or misunderstanding and never apologizing for his behavior or incorrectly handling a situation. This happened on multiple occasions which means it wasn't just him having one bad morning or start to his day. Very unfortunate. Thank you for providing a platform for feedback.

The service was good, and the service consultant was very helpful. But the one thing that I was really bothered by was that when I picked up my car, I was rushing to get it cause I have to pick up my kids, I didn’t have time to fill up the gas for a full tank. They said I have to pay $8 per gallon or go to a gas station close by to fill it up. My jaw dropped since I just paid $4,100 for the service rendered, and they couldn’t let this slide??? I used 3 gallons of fuel and was still charged for it. I didn’t bother to try and dispute cause I was already late picking up my kids.
