Upfront transparency is a huge plus. I love that I was treated equally with my 09 rdx as if I rolled in an nsx. Walk around my car while lifted with Marc and Bob the mechanic going over and showing what's off is a huge plus earns confidence in my book as to work needed to be done and why.
Flexibility to adopt to unusual circumstances is also a huge plus. I came in for an oil change (half an hour in and out), with some noise that I hoped to have figured out (front left wheel) mechanic got to the bottom and Marc was able to keep the car, have urgent issues addressed and provided me with a loaner, this was unplanned but Marc managed to accommodate and adopt this change in circumstances. Now likely my tab will exceed half of what my car is worth, even so money well spent.
Marc's attitude and transparency is why I decided to come back to service both my 09 rdx as well as '20 mdx hybrid (i say this because I live in east lakeview by the cubs stadium).
