Charged 2x $199 for diagnostics for a simple repair - I understand the diagnostic takes time but both (or same diagnostic twice?) were finished in an hour and I feel as if I overpaid without satisfactory explanation. All service personnel were friendly, but that Acura policy leaves me disliking the brand as I shop for replacement for my aging vehicle. I went in eager to look at an MDX but left wishing I had avoided the dealership.
