I was surprised I had to pay for the differential oil change. I thought this service was covered when we purchased the service plan. Need to install some charging stations and outlets in the waiting area. In addition, the refreshments need to be upgraded as well.

Paul was absolutely great. But the mechanic who serviced my vehicle when rotating my tires, did not do it correctly. I had to return a second time to have it fixed. Apparently,the hub was not flush in location and my car was making noises and braking making lots of noise.
