I have had my Acura for 11 years. Paul is the b st service advisor I have had during that time. I have depended on Paul for the last several years. I will be transferring ownership of my RDX to my mother-in-law. She will continue with McGrath service, this in no small part should be credited to the exceptional service I have received from Paul. Took too long to learn issue with air conditioner-dropped off car at 8:30am and didn’t get partial answer until after 3pm and the estimate was way too expensive
