He is new to me and I found him somewhat distasteful with his customers service as he talked with me. In the time that I have been receiving service has anyone brought me a dirty filter and put in my face to show me how dirty it was. That was highly unnecessary and an insult to my intelligence. I just didn’t care for his approach.
Then I got home and found that my car light came on for service , after I just took it in for service . The next I contacted the managers and had to take the car back He made sure it was looked over and found that the mechanic forgot to reset something.
The experience was not so good, it was just not a good day. I like my McGrath dealership and service, the service manager Bob, and a few of the other guys.
