The loaner car policy has changed and it is now inconvenient + stressful. There should be more loaner cars (as many as previously were available), or repairs should be scheduled in such a manner that repair/pick up time is pre-determined and planned around the customer’s availability to return loaner. If neither of the above is possible, then it should become more commonplace that employees drop off the repaired car and pick up the loaner at a time and place convenient to the customer.

Paul was terrific. Walked me thru all that was needed and the recommended other preventative maintenance I could (and did). Was very happy with all of that. But I was very disappointed when I picked up my car and the mats were not even vacuumed. Still had leaves in them. How do you miss that when you had the car most of the day and it clearly went thru the car wash. It is the little things like clean mats that are so easy to do that really make a difference. The gentleman there did offer to have it revacuumrd but I had an appt and had to rush off. He promised a mini-detail next time I am in- hope we can make something to that effect happen. Thank you
