I bought service contract with my lease and they have no clue at service about the contract and no help elsewhere about what to do. They wanted to charge me for oil change and maintenance schedule service when it should have been included with the lease. So I wasted a lot of time just to bring it in and have it serviced but never got it done because of errors I believe on dealers part. For some reason my contract ended at the end of July but my lease isn’t over until next Year. So disappointed in the service and customer relations from McGrah. Don’t know that I will do business with them again
