My car was in for a recall and I was told valve work was needed. I consented and picked up the car later in the day. My car was also washed. That evening I took a yoga mat out of my trunk. It was soaking wet as was the carpet nearest to the trunk opening. I called the next day to ask how liquid got into my trunk and was told I must have a sealant problem. My car doesn’t have a garage spot so it sits out in all weather including heavy rain I also go through car washes. I have never experienced water getting into the trunk and found it very odd it should happen at the dealer.

Fixed recall problem quickly. Terrible awful music playing in showroom.
Service team did a full vehicle inspection. Tried to upsell me on getting new brakes. Ha. Just had my regular mechanic check them on Wednesday. Totally different numbers measured in brakes pads. I will get them when I actually need them. This is why I never go to dealership for service - tip-off

i have been going there for over 10 years now. Service has changed, pricing is way too high for the quality. Cleaning the car is satisfactory Wait time is much longer. Most of the service technicians are very knowledgeable and kind. The pricing, wait time and cleanliness has opportunity for improvement co comsidering what we are neing charged.
