When I brought my car in for an A1 service I received my car back less than satisfactory. It was pretty dirty, zero attention to detail. It was embarrassing.. I spoke with Bob the service manager and he asked me to take the loaner home so he can right this wrong. Fast forward a day and I received a call from my service specialist Shabbir letting me know my car is ready. I’m incredibly impressed, my car is spotless, they removed theee dents, they fixed scratches that came from a car wash and the inside was cleaner than when it was when I purchased my 60k RDX. Bob and the service staff completely made my visit satisfactory and they handled a bad experience with grace. This is a perfect opportunity to recognize the team and use this as a training exercise for other dealerships.
