Very Happy with the service on my vehicle but was disappointed when I was denied a loner vehicle due to me me being under the age of 25. In my McGrath advantage package, it stated I will be given a loner vehicle and did not mention anything about being under 25 “customers can not be issued a loaner”. Very disappointed in those Regards. I’m a great driver and a loyal customer yet felt I was age discriminated towards.

Attendant was very professional and seemed truly interested in ensuring my complete satisfaction. He quickly scheduled a driver to give me rides to and back from work to pick up my car when it was clear it was going to take longer to get the work done.
