I purchased my car from McGrath Honda in st Charles but I live in Chicago so I go to McGrath Acura for service because McGrath Honda in st Charles is too far away. I was told by McGrath Acura they would not fix my air conditioning and was told to go to Any Honda dealer. I was told when inboigh the car that any McGrath dealership would stand behind the platinum warranty that I paid an extra $1,700 for and I was refused service by McGrath Acura. I feel I was misled When I bought the car and I believe this is bad business. I will contact Honda corporate to share my experience.

Website took my info and asked if i wanted a rental car which i said yes but when i checked in was basically told not happening for an oil changem . Made me wait for car. Given the current cornoa birus situation allowig people to not stay by offering a loaner even just for an hour is a better policy. Regardless second issue was that maintanence required light qas not reset after oil change. Just annoying.
