Awais was very polite and helpful. I was a little hesitant to take my car back there, especially since I had a bad experience the last time (service guy did not put back the shield properly). However, Awais made my visit very pleasant, which is why I chose to work with him when I got there. Going forward, I will be scheduling all my appointments with him.
