Bob Sisk, service department, was phenomenal with regard to “picking up the dropped ball” created by the GM , sales team and reception. Bob listened and was beyond professional. The GM, sales team and reception all need to take a lesson from Bob on how to handle unique repair situations, no matter the distance from the dealership.
