Paul was wonderful I walked in with no appointment and took care of me immediately and treated me with respect and kindness. My car was taken care of and completed within hours I was given a rental to drive home and was on my way home within 15 minutes after walking in with no appointment great service as always

First off, I was uncomfortable during the process of searching for another car as I was asked to sign something I was not agreeing to and did not know what my signature entailed. Secondly, on the service side of things, I left my car at the dealership for a few days to decide what I was going to do with it, while this was Ok'd by my service representative. My car was left outside with the ignition on (car off), which killed the battery in my car. My car was also left unlocked for 7 days in the lot, which I did not appreciate one bit.
