Leo did a great job as always. What bothered me some people in the service department were not wearing mask. They have mask but the nose is out and some talking on the phone with the mask down. Thanks.

The whole reason I buy cars from McGrath is because of the service department. I’ve had many times where Paul Tran has been my service person and he is always excellent. I’m so glad he was again helpful to me.
Side note: in the waiting room was a lady who did not a mask and was talking about her cell phone issues with the receptionist for half an hour. She was loud and again not wearing a mask and breathing and loud talking by that counter. Eww. Everyone was irritated by her.
