Mike **** did a great job addressing the mechanical issues present at delivery. It wasn't a smooth transaction bit once I was able to get in touch with him his response was great. I give him 5 stars. The overall experience was extremely disappointing however. The car was advertised as having a theater package which to me implies full functionality of that feature. I was told by Israel that the DVD player was inoperable and there is nothing that can be done about that. My online review will reflect this issue.
