The only reason I return to this location is because of Paul Tran I’ve been helped by other associates and did not feel appreciated as a customer. I even received call after 10pm being yelled at by an associate because I rated not satisfied, which is not called for. Paul always works with me in making sure all safety issues are addressed and making sure I always am appreciated as a customer listening and going above standard expectations. For that reason I return and will email Paul directly to schedule an appointment with him for any and all service needs.

For the AC issue: 5 minutes after leaving the AC just changed to extra warm and when I came back à sales manager let me know that the maintenance service was closed, that I had to come back on Monday.
I’m too busy that day but I’ll come by 5:30pm for you to fix that same issue.
But overall this is not professional and I am disappointed. Hope you’ll fix it on Monday
