I asked them to check my tire pressure as one of the service items because my back right tire was low. When I got back into the car when picking it up the tire pressure still showed low on the dashboard. The service advisor said the car needs to be driven for it to register. I know this is not true because I have filled the tires up and know the tire pressure gauge updates in real time. It’s disappointing that that forgot to take care of something that is supposed to be a mandatory check when bringing it in for service.
