The car seemed to be ready in the time promised, but it was not released for more than 25 minutes after it was done. When I steered into the car reception area I only saw one person -the gentleman who took care of me- taking care of all incoming vehicles and the ones that were ready. An 1 hr 20 min service turned into a 2 hr thing.
